What you could do is create like an outreach channel for those being shunned to send messages to their loved ones.
IMO some stipulations should exist for this to work. Anyone who creates a video message should be encourage NOT to be accusatory or vengeful in their video. Just speak from the heart take the higher road and make your point clear.
This could be like a informational video channel that in a back door way shines light on the shunning problem.

"Why would everyone be included this time...unless something special is about to happen?"
by Separation of Powers inso, i am talking to a long time friend, you know, the non-judgmental type that doesn't really mind that i don't go to many meetings and am never out in service.
he tells me that the annual meeting is coming up and that the whole congregation is invited...well, at least the active "approved" whole congregation.
he speaks with an excitement that puzzles me, like he just got invited to the locker room of his favorite football team when they won the superbowl.

When I was at bethel even bethelites did not want to attend the annual meeting!!!!!!!!
Its a big NOTHING! They used to get good attendance because bethelites could sign up to go to the annual meeting and get the day off without losing there 1 frigging saturday a month off. Than when I got to bethel in 94 they changed that to where if you wanted to go to the annual meeting you had to burn your 1 off sat...

If the big change at the AGM meeting is dropping the literal 144,000...
by slimboyfat inthe best conjecture seems to be that the gb are going to drop the literal 144,000 teaching, especially in view of the december watchtower that pointedly does not mention the 144,000 number.
if they are dropping the literal 144,000 number, but still claim that only a small number are anointed, and can partake, and that only a few are left on earth, then it is fair to ask what has really changed?
they are simply clearing up the embarrassing situation that there were obviously more than 144,000 "anointed" believers from 36 ad until now, and that the number of partakers has been increasing in recent years.

What gives you away as a (former) JW?
by perfect1 inthese days my jw past stay safely under wraps from nearly everyone.. i dont dig it up- and i see no need to talk about it with anyone.. sometimes i feel as if my past is a large and terrible secret, and i will be found out eventually.
people can sense i am different.
i never talk about my family.. i guess people chalk it up to being a private person or let me be a mystery.. however, there is one thing that i feel completely reveals me as having been raised a jehovahs witness:.

Former L T Elder- Head Quarters & Great Tribulation

the speaker said twice that project was for building the "world head quarters"!
then he added twice; that the "great tribulation" cannot start to after the "world head quarters" is built!

Clearly Warwick represents a combination of messiah/shilo who we know must come. Jesus directly warned the GB that when they see the disgusting thing walking down the hall of 124 to the bathroom that they must get out. For years they ASSumed that this was a figurative getting out but evidently they have now been told to ACTUALLY get out of babylon the great which in an around the bout way is here also similar to jeruselem.
Just as jesus said when jeruselem is surrounded by the romans to flee to the mountains they must do the same. Key is unlike those 1st century Xtians they know it will take awhile (hell we already looking at a solid century.)
So since they have to flee from babylon the great/jeruselem and they know that its still gon be a long freaking time till the end why not kill two birds with one stone while chilling next to beautiful lake front property!!!

But to go ahead and speculate anyway...if they were to do this I wonder how it will stir the R&F?
I know for the most part they will ignore it as they do every major back-track and rule/dogma change that the WT$ has implemented. But in theory there would have to be a few who say: Dang thats kinda messed up to DF someone for not attending meetings.
